What is Amazon Direct Validation?
Amazon Direct Validation is designed to strengthen product compliance by having recognized TIC organizations independently validate compliance information for applicable products.
When Direct Validation is required, sellers select an approved TIC provider through Amazon's compliance workflow. The TIC then assesses the product against the applicable requirements and communicates the validation results directly to Amazon.
This provides a standardized route for product compliance and reduces the need for sellers to manage the validation and submission of compliance documentation themselves.

Direct Validation and Compliance Fast Track – what's the difference?
Both programs connect Amazon sellers with approved TIC providers such as Intertek, but they serve different purposes.
Direct Validation (DV) is typically a reactive process initiated when Amazon requires compliance validation for a product.
Compliance Fast Track (CFT) provides a more proactive route, allowing eligible products to have compliance information provided upstream to Amazon to remove future compliance-related interruptions.
